The roof restoration process varies depending on the surface in which the restoration is being completed. Dependent whether your roof is made up of Cement Tiles, Terracotta Tiles, Iron or Colorbond. The process to restoring your roof is a little different.

Whilst the details below are a general guide, the number of coats needed to restore your roof will depend on the age and condition.

Restoring a Cement Tile Roof:

Cement Tile Roofs can generally be restore in 5 steps, we:

  1.  Clean the roof thoroughly.
  2.  Replace any broken or damaged tiles.
  3.  Repoint the ridge capping.
  4.  Apply the sealer
  5.  Apply two top coats

Restoring a Terracotta Tile Roof:

Terracotta Tile Roofs can generally be restore in 4 steps, we:

  1.  Clean the roof thoroughly.
  2.  Replace any broken or damaged tiles.
  3.  Repoint the ridge capping.
  4.  Apply two coats glaze

Restoring an Iron or Colorbond Roof:

Iron & Colorbond Roofs can generally be restore in 4 steps, we:

  1.  Clean the roof thoroughly.
  2.  Tighten any loose iron, screws etc.
  3.  Apply one coat primer.
  4.  Apply two top coats.

Some roofs may require additional coats or repair depending on the age and condition
